CCT isn’t trying to solve the problems of fragmentation and lack of standards in groups & meetings technology. Instead we offer smart contracts and automation to optimize planners’ and venues’ ability to manage the many parts of a meeting. Our solution improves accuracy, tracking, and transparency in processes such as financial settlements, transaction validations, and record-keeping for A/R and A/P.
One example of how our platform works is an end-to-end corporate meetings planning and document management solution focused on the Work From Anywhere (WFA) marketplace. The service includes digitizing contracts and assets for all vendors to the meeting and related activities, a real-time event management platform, and financial settlement and reconciliation support including robust auditing capabilities.

There has been a similar effect on suppliers of travel services that want to expand globally but can’t due to high fees for integrating with the major OTAs as well as critical business support processes such as credit card fees and other financial settlement and reconciliation activity.
CCT offers blockchain-based services as a solution to this problem, specifically by allowing more small hotels and providers of ancillary services such as local tours, city/beach/mountain activities, and restaurants, that don’t currently sell the services on the OTAs to participate in global online distribution.
This ‘long tail’ of travel has been targeted by the global distribution giants for years without any notable successes. Besides the absence of domain expertise among the OTAs and GDSs in marketing and selling long tail services online, the technology investment and processing costs to the providers of these services have been prohibitive in the current model.
